What is the Best Exercise???
As time continues to pass, we are not aware of how much weight we gain with every bite of meat and a sip of a Coca Cola drink. Some of the contributing factors as to which we gain weight are carbohydrates. The lifestyle of many today is different with that of the yesterdays for many gain weight quickly thereby becoming obese and giving a bigger chance of having diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. These two are the common disorders that affect the human nation around the globe. Usually the people nowadays are not aware of their lifestyle thereby opening the doors to sickness and ailments that even the richest ones can’t escape the possibility of having a near death experience. Furthermore, the people nowadays tend to become lazy and would rather sit down in front of a television than going out for a walk. These types of lifestyle are very prone to the abovementioned diseases and should be prevented. A very efficient and effective way to manage one’s growth, diet, and weight per se is the exercise.Exercise is a physical activity which helps the individual burn out fat thereby excreting excessive chemicals in the body through sweat. The more you sweat, the more you get cleaner and away from unimportant chemicals in the body which may in turn be harmful if not excreted. However, although sweating may be healthy in some way, there is also a counteracting effect if this is experienced a lot. When one is excessively perspiring from an exercise, one has to understand that the sweat excreted is to be replaced by a new one. In this manner, one should take in water in order for the person to prevent dehydration. Our body contains about 75% water and should maintain the said percent. If there is excessive sweating, eventually, the water inside our body is consumed and there would be dehydration. To prevent so, a drink of water is needed. Energy drinks are also efficient and advised such as Gatorade. It replaces not only the fluid levels of the body but also compensates the electrolyte levels. Through this, the person will become energized and feel as if not dehydrated and preventing complications as well.
The common question among individuals is to when to perform exercises that would take a quick effect on the person. There is no exact time to perform exercises. Some may say having an exercise at dawn is effective. Some may also say that doing daily exercises are effective once done at night. However, if one considers the factors and activities of daily living of everyone, one will come to understand that either of which is true. One should exercise as when one is comfortable of doing such. There is no limit but a person should at least do exercise for 30 minutes. With regards to time, it is up to the individual’s preferences.
Although, each has his or her preferences, it is very much preferred when one does exercises in the morning. Exercise can speed up the metabolism of the person and may increase the alertness of one. Because of this, having an exercise in the evening can eventually lead to sleep on deprivation. Having an exercise at dawn may also lead to such and may affect one’s daily living as one will easily get tired, whereas if one does regular exercises in the morning, one will prevent getting sleepy and become alert. There is less harm if one will do exercises in the morning. It will eventually become helpful and would prevent sleep deprivation at night.
As regards to the best exercise, it will depend with one’s goal. If one wants to build up abs, then a couple of curl ups' a day may help him or her achieve that goal. There is no best exercise. It is according to one’s preference, perseverance and tolerance. One should not force the body to do much for doing so may bring about more complications.
The best exercise would then depend on one’s choice and tolerance. A person may perform any exercise as which he or she desires and should gradually increase the intensity and duration every day. However, still, one should bear in mind that exercises can bring about side effects also. Too much of something may lead to consequences. Being able to discipline the self and say stop would then be very helpful in the said situation.
Every individual is unique. There is no best exercise than discipline. It is through which one will eventually gain the said goal. It would depend wholly on the person and not on the extent and difficulty of the exercise. One’s determination is powerful than any push up or any curl up any muscle man can achieve.
